REMINDER TO ALL DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD HOLDERS:
- Please let us know when and where you are traveling. We will place a notation on your account. Our goal is to make sure you are always the one using your card.
- If you have misplaced or lost your card, please let us know immediately. We can place your card in “warm card” status so that no one can use your card. If you find your card, let us know and we will reopen the service.
- If you have a cell phone number, please let us know. This is one way we can notify you of suspicious activity. When using a debit card, don’t forget to record your transactions. Your available funds are funds that you have not spent nor pledged to a purchase.
